European Delivery

Customers in the European Union can order hassle free from Rex London Trade. Wholesale orders are sent via the the Rex London European Distribution Centre in Belgium.

This means all our customers in Europe can order with confidence, and we guarantee:

• No extra fees
• No extra paperwork 

This is possible because, while all orders are still packed in the UK (so you have access to as much stock as possible), they are all imported into the EU by our Belgian company, Rex London BV. That means that by the time the courier picks up your order in Belgium, the goods are completely free to move around the EU. Further information is given below, and the delivery charges can be found on our delivery page.

EU business information

We have set up a company based in Belgium, Rex London BV. It is wholly owned and managed by our UK company, and your contacts will be the same. Please expect the details of this company to appear on invoices:

Delivery times

We estimate a total delivery time of up to 10 working days for most EU orders. That includes time for us to pack it, move it to Europe and do the customs clearance, and then deliver it to you. Since the goods are customs cleared before being picked up by the final carrier, they will not get stuck in customs. We aim to offer you an express delivery option shortly to reduce even further the delivery time.

VAT information

As you will receive your orders from Rex London BV, you will be ordering from an EU-based business. That means:

• If you are VAT registered in any EU country (apart from Belgium), and you give us your VAT number, you will not have to pay VAT on your order as it will be classed as an intra-community supply
• If you are based in Belgium, the home of Rex London BV, you will need to pay Belgian VAT at 21%, just like if you were ordering from any other domestic supplier
• If you are based anywhere else in Europe, but are not VAT registered, you will need to pay VAT at 21%

Tariffs and customs fees

Any applicable tariffs and customs clearance fees will be paid by us when the goods move from the UK into the EU. There will be nothing extra to pay for any of our customers.

EORI information

EU customers will not need to be registered with an EORI number to buy from us. That is because when goods enter the EU the ‘importer of record’ will be Rex London BV, and we have our own EORI number to use. That means there is no import liability on our customers at all.
