What is the Rex London Trade Show app?

The Rex London Trade Show app has been designed to help B2B customers make the most of their visit to our stands at trade fairs. It allows you, as a potential stockist, to do the following:

• Register for a Rex London Trade account
• Find out more about the products being showcased
• Place orders

What data is collected when I register for a Rex London Trade account?

When registering for a Rex London Trade account, the following data is collected:

• Your First name
• Your Last name
• Your company Email address
• Name of your company
• Country your company is located in
• Company VAT number (if applicable)
• Company address:
  • Street
  • City
  • County/Region/State
  • Postcode
• Contact telephone numbers:
  • Landline
  • Mobile
• Answers to questions about your company:
  • Type of retailer
  • Number of physical shops
  • URL of its website
  • Whether it sells on third party websites
  • Year it started trading
• Where you heard about us
• Any additional information you choose to provide in the additional notes section.

We will retain the above data while your account is in existence.

If your account is no longer in existence (it has been deleted), its associated data will also be deleted. However, if any data is required to fulfil our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our Terms and Conditions, it will be retained for as long as it is necessary.

I want to delete or make changes to my account. How do I do this?
