The poster, commissioned by the Underground Electric Railway Company in 1923 to promote travel to that year's rowing boat race between Oxford and Cambridge Universities, features a painting by artist Charles Paine. The design is printed onto the bottle with a special technique that achieves a stylish and tactile 3D embossed effect.
